Complete code and its meanings: In the complete code CJXA-x1/X2/X3, CJZJ stands for series code, X1 stands for filter plate code, X2 stands for the number of filter cakes, X3 stands for the depth of the filter chamber. Without otherwise indication, the filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene and the pressing system is hydraulic and unloading is powered by frequency conversion motor.

High efficiency: Moisture content in the filter cake can be reduced to below 6%. When processing the same material, CJXA filter press can achieve up to 5-20 percent lower moisture content in the filter cake than chamber filter press, chamber membrane filter press and plate-and-frame filter press .
High production capacity: Under the same conditions, CJXA production capacity is higher than that of chamber filter press, chamber membrane filter press and plate-and-frame filter press with the same filtration area.
Automatic control: CJXA adopts the automatic control system developed by Changjie filter. The filter process is automatically accomplished without manual work.
High adaptability: The equipment are widely used at places over 5,000 meters above sea level in different concentration and grinding particle size achieving lowest moisture content of the industry. Many materials can be filtered only by one-phase filtration.
Excellent cleaning capacity: Washing and filtration can be done synchronously .The cleaner result achieved is better than the technical process of filtration-mixing-filtration or washing tower ,shortening the cleaning process, reducing equipment invest and saving production cost.
