Requirement:
The lead-zinc ore contained 5% coal. The concentrate originally filtered by ceramic filter with more than 17% filter cake moisture content can’t be transported and difficult for metallurgical use. In 2014, the mine adopted CJZJ intelligent and efficient filter press to filter zinc concentrate with moisture content in the filter cake less than 11% and solved the problem of concentrate filtration besetting the mine.
