Previously ceramics filters were adopted in the mine, in 2013, the factory expand, after grinding, the ceramic filter could not work effectively, the filer cake was reduced to 2mm thickness and the water content rises to 15%, making dry piling impossible.       

In order to solve above problems, the mine introduced hydraulic Centrifugal bowl concentrator, which separated particles larger than 400 mesh to the ceramics and those smaller than 400 mesh, they adopted CJXA highly efficient filter press, which filter 95% -400 mesh gold tailings  and reduced the moisture content under 11% ,the moisture content in the gold tailings of larger particles filtered by the ceramics was raised over 13%, enabling the dry piling successfully.
