Hubei Sanxin Phosphates Industry Co., Ltd.

The plant adopted ceramic filter and chamber membrane filter press for phosphate tailing  filtration. Both filter presses could not handle the filtration effectively with moisture content of the filter cake more than 25% without forming filter cake and uploading, so all the four sets of thickeners was cluttered with tailings. To maintain production, the plant dug seven sedimentation tanks with ten thousands of cubic meters which was  unable to use with full of tailings finally, resulting in the dressing plant off production.
 
In 2009,The factory adopted Changjie CJXA high capacity filter press to filter the phosphate tailings in the 4sets of thickeners and sedimentation tanks with the moisture content of the filter cake 10%. All the tailings which has been stored for several years was handled successfully in less than two months and the dressing plant resumed production.
