The phosphate tailing was difficult for concentrating. The mine adopted Changjie CJXA high capacity filter press for filtration with feed concentration 30% and moisture content of the filter cake less than 10%. Finally, the mine canceled thickener and flocculant and reduced investment on equipments, lands, plants and operating costs.
