(2) Service strategy: ChangJie is committed to lower customer psychological cost and use cost to finally enhance customer delivery value, profitability and operational capacity by standardization, differentiation and valuable service.
(3) Service aim: Changjie is dedicated to meet customer needs and 1% demand with 100% efforts .
(4) Service standards:
①Life-time service: During first one-year warranty period, repair or exchange of any part of the machine(fragile parts such as filter cloth are excluded) will be free except for damages made by the user. Lifelong maintenance is available beyond the warranty period by offering most favourable price for spare parts and fragile parts when necessary.
②Changjie establish after-sale service department with the service engineer and maintenance support telephone 24 hours standby. After receipt and confirmation of the customer notification, Changjie will give a reply in 2 hours.
③Quick response: If on-site technical service is confirmed to be provided, Changjie after-sale service engineer will arrive within 48 hours at the sites no further than 1,000 kilometers away and 72 hours for sites within 2,000 kilometers.
④Follow-up management: An independent archive will be established for each customer with periodical phone call review or on-site visits executed to evaluate the use of equipment and provide operation instruction to meet the use requirements.
A. On-site visit: Once after adjustment in the first 3 months and once by the end of the warrenty period.
B. Up call service: once a month within warranty period and once every 6 months after the warranty period.
⑤Installation and adjustment: After the equipment is delivered to the project site, Changjie will assign experienced technician to the site upon request from the customer to for equipment installation and attendant adjustment until the equipment operates normally in continuous 24 hours with customer satisfaction.
⑥Spare parts: Beyond installation and adjustment period, the user has to build on-site spare part warehouse to meet production need for at least 1 month and Changjie will prepare a spare part warehouse for the customer production need for at least 6 months.
